Went on a kayak trip with Outdoor Bound. This is an outdoor adventure tour group based out of New York city. Their prices are really reasonable and you don't have to deal with the hassle of renting a car to get out of town.
We met our guide Jaclyn in front of the Apple Bank at 73rd and Broadway and we drove about an hour out of town.
We kayaked in the Hudson river around Bannerman Island and Bannerman Castle. Afterwards we had a BBQ on a sandbar and returned to our starting point.
All in all a really great day out and a good work out.
